The game will not start
- Make sure your graphics driver is up to date. The game needs a Vulkan-capable GPU on Windows and Linux, or a Mac with Apple Silicon.
- In the launcher, open Settings and choose Verify installed files.
- Still stuck? In the launcher, open Settings, then About, and choose Save support bundle. It collects the logs we need, without your password or sign-in keys.
Windows or macOS warns about the installer
Development builds are not code-signed yet. On Windows choose More info, then Run anyway. On macOS right-click Install.command and choose Open.
I cannot sign in to the launcher
Signing in happens in your browser. If the page says the request is malformed, start signing in again from the launcher rather than from a bookmark. If you are signed in as the wrong account, choose Use a different account on the approval page.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot your password on the sign-in page. The link in the email works once and expires after an hour.
My subscription is not showing
Payments can take a minute to reach your account. Your account page shows exactly when your access runs to. The launcher checks again when you bring it back to the front.
A launcher I do not recognise is signed in
Open your account page, choose Sign out next to it or Sign out everywhere, then change your password.
