Questions
Do I need to buy the game?
No. The download is free. A subscription is what lets you play.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep playing until the end of the time you have paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your access continues for a seven-day grace period while the payment is retried. Nothing you own or built is removed.
What happens to my ships if my subscription ends?
They stay. Your account, ships and everything you built are kept, and are there when you come back.
Which platforms can I play on?
Windows, macOS on Apple Silicon, and Linux, with the same account on all of them.
